2020 Summer Training

This summer will be fully dedicated to taking your game to the next level. You will have a reserved daily time for June, July, and August. We will be training on average 5-6 times a week.

How the program will work:

Before we start training we will meet to discuss your past season, set goals and objectives for next season and develop a summer plan taking these factors into consideration. We will test your body fat % and lean muscle mass will be tested every two weeks. I will develop a specialized program to suit your needs, which will be guided by me and modified as needed. Each Wednesday we will go to ‘the hills’, located in Dollard, to perform sprints, plyometrics, agility drills and much more. Additionally, I require that you do yoga once a week, which I will verify with the instructor to make sure you are following the plan. This is an important part of keeping range of motion in athletes.


In most cases I will maintain a 1-on-1 training, however, there is a possibility that I will group athletes of 2 to 3 together. Groups are made taking into consideration level of the athletes. The objective of groups is to help with accountability and to push you to work your hardest. Groups will be made at my discretion.


The price will be a $100 per week, which I ask is paid upfront or on Mondays.
